1. Members can agree to contribute $25 monthly dues to be paid by automatic billing through Vagaro on each month. If you choose to pay the $275 annually which you get a month free of charge.

When you pay your dues to the Empowered Cauldron Academy- you aren't just paying a fee; you are investing in your own self-discovery ensuring ECA has the resources to constantly provide the resources required to ensure a mutually beneficial co-creation community. The Empowered Cauldron Academy collects the dues to serve multiple, important purposes, which can be grouped into three main categories:

Sustaining and Growing the Resources

Dues are the financial backbone that allows the collective to consistently deliver high-quality content and experiences. They directly pay for the benefits the members receive.

1. Covering Operational Costs: Even a spiritual collective has costs. Dues pay for essentials like: Maintaining the online infrastructure (website, membership platform, specialized software for workshops). Administrative support to manage events, communications, and member services. Overhead (if a physical space is involved) or fees for virtual conference platforms.
2. Funding Exclusive Activities, Projects, & classes: Dues contribute towards: Workshops and event costs such as Creation of exclusive educational materials (e.g., guided meditations, deep-dive manuals, video series). Supplies for materials and group projects and craft making
3. Driving Growth and future exploration: A stable revenue stream allows the Collective to plan for the future, invest in new resources and supplies to constantly increase the value of the membership.

1. Fostering Commitment: When a member invests financially, they are much more likely to show up, engage fully, and treat the program seriously. It shifts the mindset from "something I'm passively consuming" to "something I've invested in for my personal transformation."

Our community provides members an opportunity to build connections throughout our covenant and offer a space for us to be able to come together in our magickal practices. We also use this time to provide guidance, support, learning, and growth.

1. Group Rituals and Energy Work: Participation in group rituals and ceremonies, especially for Sabbats (seasonal holidays) and Esbats (Full/New Moons). The collective energy raised in a group setting can be incredibly powerful.
2. Regular Practice & Accountability: Having a set schedule for gatherings, rituals, and exploration provides structure, dedicated time for your spiritual path, and accountability to ensure consistent practice.
3. Opportunity for Growth: We provide classes and mentorships through our Collective members as well as our Digital Skool Platform that allows you to have training tracks that offer a clear path for continuing education and development.

Members are expected to contribute actively, whether through sharing resources, participating in classes & events, offering feedback, or lending expertise services to TFH and ECA through volunteering at classes, events and gatherings.

Some additional costs may incur due to the type of supplies, teacher fees and rental fees for spaces needed for classes, events and members will be notified through communication platforms to ensure proper notice and reservations are made.
